Usage
WGCNA_6_5(mdir="module", project.name="WGCNA_net", cutoff=20000);
Arguments
mdir
mdir: output directory for module
project.name
project.name: project name
cutoff
cutoff: gene number >= the cutoff, the module will be ignored.
