In CIP-RIU/eda4plant: Exploratory Data Analysis for Plant Breeding Experiments (one line, title case)

Important note: Do not use this package, it's still under development :construction:

eda4plant aims to implement an Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) module for plant breeding trials. At the beginning, it might deliver:

• Static Graphics: Box plots, histogram, bar plots, among others.
• Interactive Graphics: Biplots, density diagrams.

Requiered packages eda4plant

• devtools("CIP-RIU/eda4plant")

• devtools::install_github("omarbenites/shinyFiles")

• library(eda4plant) Para correr la demo, en R poner: eda4plant::shinyeda() o solamente shinyeda()*
