Arguments

mpdt	mobile particle data table (x, y, L)
rpdt	source release data table (x, y, L)
drts	integer [1]; DRW time step
mfsp	integer [1]; MODFLOW stress period
bas	BAS.MFpackage
wel	WEL.MFpackage or NULL
gccs, grcs	numeric []; column and row divider co-ordinates
...	graphical parameters such as xlim (not axis labels, titles, asp or zlim)
