ColtoCaro/compMS: Bayesian Compositional Proteomics Modeling via Stan
Fits pre-compiled Bayesian models for isobaric tag mass spectrometry proteomics experiments. Models take into account the compositional nature of the data created by the constraints of automatic gain control. All user specifications are made through the formatting of the data file.
