Structure of exported CSV (comma-separated-value) file

Based on PIP QI Annotated Specifications (May 2020), PIP QI Technical Specifications V1.2 and PIP QI User Guide.

Columns

1. QIM - QIM 01 to QIM 10
2. QIM 01 - Proportion of patients with diabetes with a current HbA1c result
3. QIM 02 - Proportion of patients whose smoking status has been recorded (a)/result (b)
4. QIM 03 - Proportion of patients with a weight classification recorded (a)/result (b)
5. QIM 04 - Proportion of patients aged 65 and over who were immunised against influenza
6. QIM 05 - Proportion of patients with diabetes who were immunised against influenza
7. QIM 06 - Proportion of patients with COPD who were immunised against influenza
8. QIM 07 - Proportion of patients with an alcohol consumption status

50. Supports small-cell-suppression - change n values less than 5 to 0 (zero). Section 2.4 of PIP QI User Guide.

Additional columns of information which can either be extrapolatd from columns 1 to 8, or further define the nature of the information collection.

1. ProportionDemographic - the proportion of the demographic group (as defined by columns 2, 3, 4, 5 - (Age10, Sex, Indigenous and, if relevant, Diabetes Type) with the defined State

2. DateFrom and DateTo - the period (typically two years) of contacts

3. ContactType - the contact type, usually services i.e. billings

4. MinContact - the minimum number of contacts in the defined period, usually 3.

5. Clinicians - the clinicians who were contacted.
