Description
The table need_outputs has one row/record for each P_id = Pid
and contains columns Pid, runID_total (that links to table
work), and one column for each output table of dbOutput with
the same names. Those fields contain values
-1 No output is
requested, e.g., site is excluded from simulation project by input setting of
include_YN == 0,
0 FALSE, output is not needed (any more), i.e.,
output is already produced,
1 TRUE, output is needed, i.e., output has
not yet been generated.
Usage

Value
A logical value.
