Import SIRENO lengths report from on-board sampling in the ICES project.
Description
This function import the lengths file obtained from OAB
reports in SIRENO on ICES project. The SIRENO Lengths report must be
generated by categories.
Usage
importOABLengths(file, path = getwd())
Arguments
file
vector with the file names.
path
path of the files. The working directory by default.
Details
Multiple files can be imported at the same time.
Value
Return data frame.
Note
The SIRENO Lengths report must be generated by categories.
