EvgenyPetrovsky/synthezator: Generate synthetic data

This package is used to generate synthetic data for test purposes. Automated testing on Dev and Test environment requires good data coverage and has limitations on production like data use. Because of that it can be extremely useful to have a flexible tool to produce required datasets. This package implements such a tool.
