FredHutch/tgR: TGR Convenience Functions
This package provides helper functions needed to coordinate between various aspects of repository. Functions assist in interacting with the aspects of the TGR data repository such as REDCap and AWS S3. All credentials required will need to be in your environment for this package to work and you must run "setCreds()" first.
