Usage
hotspot_df
Format
A data frame with 1024 rows and variables:
- pattern
amino acid
- toA
probability of mutation to adenine
- toC
probability of mutation to cytosine
- toG
probability of mutation to guanine
- toT
probability of mutation to thymine
