createfields: Create plot fields
In IQSS/PSI-Library: Differentially Private Statistical Releases for Privacy Preservation

Designate the plot type based on the variable type. Also assign the plot variable based on the variable the plot is for.

1	createfields(v, r, varName)

`v`	an empty list needing initialization
`r`	a release object for that variable
`varName`	name of variable

This function is called by release2json in utilities-postprocessing.R.
