Contains neonic data from soil samples taken at various STRIPS1 experiment sites

Usage

neonic_soil_samples

Format

A data.frame with the following columns:

sample: the unique soil sample identifier

site: the site where the sample originated

date: the date the sample was extracted

type: type of sample (see Readme)

material: substrate of soil sample

mass: mass of sample in grams

vol: volume of sample in liters

organic_carbon_percent: percent organic carbon

acetamiprid: ng/g acetamiprid detected

clothianidin: ng/g clothianidin detected

dinotefuran: ng/g dinotefuran detected

imidacloprid: ng/g imidacloprid detected

thiacloprid: ng/g thiacloprid detected

thiamethoxam: ng/g thiamethoxam detected

surrogate_percent_recovery_imidacloprid_d4: percent recovery imidacloprid
