In IngaPa/myDNAS: myDNA: R package to analyze personal genotypes
myDNA
This package is used to analyze personal genotype which is obtained by using one of the direct-to-consumer (DTC) DNA tests from DNA testing companies such as myHeritage, 23andMe, ancestryDNA, etc.
Installation
install.packages("BiocManager")
BiocManager::install("IngaPa/myDNAS")
Important
If you are a Windows user, please, install Rtools before installing myDNA package.
For it, run:
install.packages('installr')
library(installr)
installr:install.Rtools()
