Details
This may be a bit excessive. It's just setting up the factors for when you need in-school and out-of-school as stored in the
artlookR allocations table.
Because this information is not stored in the artlookR database, you are not required to run the connection.R script
and create a connection object for this script to run.
Value
A list with the label names and corresponding levels for in school, out-of-school, and both.
