This may be a bit excessive. It's just setting up the factors for when you need full time and part time as stored in the
artlookR instructors table.
Because this information is not stored in the artlookR database, you are not required to run the connection.R script
and create a connection object for this script to run.
Value
A list with the label names and corresponding levels for full time & part time.
