In InnovationValueInitiative/IVI-NSCLC: The IVI-NSCLC model

The posterior distributions of the parameters from the adverse event (AE) network meta-analyses go in this directory. The file ../params_ae_nma.R uses this data to create the params_ae_nma object that loads with the package.

The directory contains files for the followings AEs:

• alt.csv (Elevated alanine transaminase)
• ast.csv (Elevated aspartate transaminase)
• diarrhea.csv (Diarrhea)
• dry_skin.csv (Dry skin)
• eye_problems.csv (Eye problems)
• paronychia.csv (Paronychia)
• pneumonitis.csv (Pneumonitis)
• pruritus.csv (Pruritus)
• rash.csv (Rash)
• stomatitis.csv (Stomatitis)

In addition, the directory contains the file tx_lookup.csv, which match the treatments in the model to the numeric identifiers in the NMAs.
