Description
A dataset containing growth curves from a variety of experiments
Usage
growth.df
Format
A data frame with 53940 rows and 10 variables:
- Experiment
Date the experiment was conducted
- Frequency
Frequency of colleciton, modeled units have a frequency of 0
- Sample
Name of the sample located in that well, formated in a standardised way
- SampleID
Numeric number of the sample
- Time
Capture time in hours since the start of the experiment
- Unit
Unit that the value is measured in
- Value
Numerical value in units
- Well
Well of plate that was measured
- Instrument
The instrument the data was collected on
- cells
Number of cells added to each well
- line
The cell line used in this experiment (all HCMEC/D3)
