Usage
pairwise_dist(mcmcpath, longlat, plot_params)
Arguments
mcmcpath |
Path the directory containing EEMs output files for a particular chain |
longlat |
Whether or not to use long lat coordinates. Default TRUE |
plot_params |
List of plotting parameters |
