JetiLab/blotIt: Software set for alignment of biological replicate data
A framework for scaling biological replicate data e.g. from quantitative immunublotting. Scaling factors taking e.g. gel-to-gel differences into account are determined by optimization of a respective objective function. Also provided are functions for hypothesis testing.
