JimSkinner/toftools: A set of tools for dealing with ToF data
Provides a set of tools for easily performing classification with ToF data. In particular, 'analyse' takes a ToF file and automatically produces a set of ROC curves, accuracy metrics, and the importance of each molecule in making predictions.
