Build lipid library based on sdf file and smile file

1 2	LipLibBuild(sdf.file, smile.file, category = "GP", is.output = TRUE, output.address = NULL)

`sdf.file`	The file name of sdf file
`smile.file`	The file name of smile file
`category`	The category of lipids. "GP": Glycerophospholipids; "SP": Sphingolipids; "GL": Glycerolipids; The default is "GP"
`is.output`	The output csv file. The default is TRUE.
`output.address`	The output address of csv file. The default is NULL.
