split_subclass(raw.data = "result.csv",
raw.MD = "Define-descriptors by rcdk.csv", category = "GP", bulk.std.name)
Arguments
raw.data
The csv file name of raw data.
raw.MD
The csv file name of Molecular Descriptor.
category
The category of lipids, "GP", "SP" and "GL". Default: "GP"
bulk.std.name
The bulk structure name of each classes.
