Description

This data set describes the incidence frequencies and functional distance of 23 fungi at Bavarian Forest National Park in German as reported by Simon Thorn et al. (2011). Data is collected in two types of forest: logged and unlogged, which contains 16, 19 distinct fungi respectively.

Format

A list includes two objects:

data

is a data frame with 23 fungi incidence frequencies data and two types of forest: logged and unlogged. The first row is the number of sampling units for each type of forest.

dij

is a trait-based functional distance between the i-th and j-th species among the 23 fungi.
