The package is parsing output from simulator genome admixture during secondary contact: Conjunction (http://github.com/KamilSJaron/ Conjunction). ConjucntionStats is set of funcitons that simplify loading output to R, helping to access statistics like estimates of withds and several functions for visualisation.
