GetReplicateAverages: GetReplicateAverages

Description

GetReplicateAverages compute width averages over replicates.

Usage

GetReplicateAverages(GradTable, filename = NA, G = NA, filter = NA)

Arguments

GradTable	is a data frame filled by FillSettingByHZAR
filename	is an optional name; if specified a Figure of widths is saved.
G	is an optional parameter; if specified a dataset will be filtered only to row of specifiied generation.
filter	is an optional parameter; if specified a dataset will be filtered only to rows of widths greater than the value of this parameter.
