Description Details Author(s) References
Contains all necessary functions for size spectrum calculations of fish stocks: growth functions, demography (population size spectrum), community structure (community size spectrum), and fisheries impact assessments: single stock demography, fisheries reference points, fisheries induced evolution, and community level assessment. Contains a Shiny app for single stock impact assessment of fishing.
The most important functions are
baseparameters() – returns a structure with all default parameters
spectrum(parameters) – returns the population size spectrum given a list of parameters.
calcrefpoints(parameters) – calculates all fisheries reference points
calcSelectionResponse(QGparameters,W,F) – calculates selection responses
