norm.QN: Normalization By Quantile Normalization (QN)
In LXQin/PRECISION.seq: Comparison of Depth Normalization Methods

Normalize the dataset using QN, and return the normalized dataset with scaling factor.

1	norm.QN(raw, filter = FALSE)

`raw`	raw count data in the format of data frame or matrix, with columns for samples and rows for genes.
`filter`	whether filter before normalization

list, containing dat.normed (normalized dataset).

1	test.QN <- norm.QN(data.test)
