PlotRepeatUse(matrix, indivVar, indivCombinations, textSize = 15)
Arguments
matrix,
a wide dataframe with individuals by columns
indivVar,
indiviudal variable name
indivCombinations,
a dataframe of all 2D individual combinations
textSize,
text size, default is 15
Value
one or several dotplots of barcode abundances in two individuals
