MPCary/DEXICA: Functions for predicting and validating gene modules

This package contains functions for predicting gene modules (sets of co-expressed genes) from a matrix of gene expression data and functions for evaluating their biological validity. The term DEXICA is an annogram for Deep EXtraction Independent Component Analysis, and refers to the process of optimizing ICA for the prediction of gene modules from a gene expression compendiu using biological criteria. This package provides much of the software required to carryout DEXICA.
