List available aDGVM Quantities in a run
Description
Simply lists all aDGVM Quantities that *should* be available in the run based on the files that are
available in the run directory. It does NOT check that the required columns are available in the output file.
Usage
availableQuantities_aDGVM(source, names = TRUE, verbose = FALSE)
Arguments
source
A aDGVM source object
names
Logical, if TRUE (the default) return the names of the quantities, if FALSE return the quanties themseleves
Value
A list of all the Quantities available for this aDGVM run
