MelodyPremaillon/valwoe: Statistical validation of susceptibility maps builted with woe method
This aim of this package is to build statistical descriptors and plots to validate susceptibility maps. Maps can be created with the QGis woe plugin. It also provides a Rmarkdown template to generate automated reports. Required data are raster (postprobability and confidence) and shapefile of points used to build the map.
