In MelodyPremaillon/valwoe: Statistical validation of susceptibility maps builted with woe method
valwoe
valwoe is an R package to evalutate susceptibility maps produced with weight of evidence method.
It contains several functions to process and arrange entry data, draw plots and compute statistical indicators.
What it does
The package processes raster susceptibility map and evidence points (shapefile) and convert it to dataframe (tables) for graphical and numerical evaluation.
An Rmarkdown template is associated to generate automated reports. Those reports includes :
Graphics :
* Succes and validation curves
* Recognition curve
* Spider plot of statistical indicators
Tables : Several statistical indicators (AUC of succes curve, statistical confidence, succes rate...) exported as table
