Convert cdf to pseudo values for one cdf vector

1	get.pseudo.mix(x.cdf, mu, sigma, p)

`x.cdf`	the vector cdf for the observations.
`mu`	the mean of the reproducible component.
`sigma`	the standard deviation of the reproducible component.
`p`	the proportion of reproducible component.

the pseduo values for the vector of cdfs.
