Usage

## S3 method for class 'summary.lm'
fortify(model, data = NULL, level = 0.95, ...)

## S3 method for class 'summary.glm'
fortify(model, data = NULL, level = 0.95, ...)

## S3 method for class 'TukeyHSD'
fortify(model, data, order = c("asis", "pval", "difference"), ...)

Arguments

model	an R object
data	original data set, if needed
level	confidence level
...	additional arguments
order	one of "pval", "diff", or "asis" determining the order of the pair factor, which determines the order in which the differences are displayed on the plot.
