In RSamyak/fmatrix: F-Matrix Manipulation

fmatrix

The purpose of fmatrix is summarize a sample of ranked tree shapes or ranked genealogies.

Installation

1. Install (if necessary) package dependencies and helpers ape, devtools, phylodyn using install.packages and install_github.

2. Load devtools using library(devtools).

3. Install fmatrix using

   a. install_github("RSamyak/fmatrix"), or

   b. install_github("RSamyak/fmatrix", build_vignettes = TRUE) if you want some illustrative vignettes (note: using build_vignettes = TRUE will make the install take longer).
