bs4PopoverUI: Create a Bootstrap 4 Popover from the UI side
In RX-PBB/bs4Mash: A 'Bootstrap 4' Version of 'shinydashboard'

This replaces the shinyBS popover feature that is not compatible with Bootstrap 4
