This section will cover guidelines in how you can use mHealthAnnotator in mPower data.

Guidelines

This package currently have built-in functions to run mPower visualization function on sensor data (specifically visualizing rotation, acceleration and gravity). Here are steps to using it:

Change parameter in app.R

Sys.setenv(R_CONFIG_ACTIVE = "mpower_gait")
pkgload::load_all()
mhealthannotator::run_app(
    funs = mhealthannotator::visualize_mpower_v2_sensor,
    config = "inst/config.yml") # add parameters here (if any)

Notice that 2 things have been changed, the config endpoint and which function you chose as the funs parameter.
