doNotScore(decisionMatrix, functionalCategory)
Arguments
decisionMatrix
of class decisionMatrix
functionalCategory
a character vector indicating the functional
category to be excluded from scoring.
Details
Sometimes one may wish to use a functional category for calling a
state, but not use the functional category for any scoring. This allows the
user that option.
Value
a decisionMatrix; the abstractionLayer of the decision matrix will be
altered to indicate that the functional category indicated must not be used
in scoring calculations.
