Usage
trim_zoo(zoo_list, trim_cat, trim_amt, operator)
Arguments
zoo_list
a zoo_list
trim_cat
the category to trim by
trim_amt
the amount to trim by
operator
either 'less','greater','lessequal', or 'greaterequal'
