pars.tab0	list of probabilistic distributions of parameters for standard treatment
pars.tab1	list of probabilistic distributions of parameters for new intervention
yini	initial value for simulation
rho_cost	interest rate for future cost
rho_qol	interst rate for future qol
fr	start time
to	end time
dt	observation interval
n.sim	size of parameter sets
nfunc	Constructor of model, (DetMC, StoMC, ODE, IBM)
