Write the fet file
The first line of the fet file contains a single number indicating the number of features per spike
The next lines are the features per spike, one spike per line.
Usage

writeFetFile(rs, res, fet, tetrodeNumber, append = FALSE)
Arguments
rs
RecSession object
res
Numeric with the time stamps of the spikes in sample value
fet
Matrix with spike features, one spike per row
tetrodeNumber
Tetrode number
append
Whether or not the previous file is overwritten
