Save BBS dataframe as a feather file
Usage

birdsToFeathers(dataIn, newDir, filename)
Arguments
dataIn
The BBS data to save.
newDir
Where to save the BBS feathers.
filename
Name of the new filename (e.g., 'arizona.zip'). This function will replace .zip with .feather
