Extract desired columns from SchemaInfo, return vectors with strings of codes.
Usage
getVectorOfCodes(ioschema, iolevel, colName)
Arguments
ioschema
A numeric value of either 2012 or 2007 specifying the io schema year.
iolevel
Level of detail, can be "Sector", "Summary, "Detail".
colName
A text value specifying desired column name.
Value
A vector of codes.
