Internal - calculate par by merging modeled (calcLat) and observed (calcSw)
data
Usage
calc_ts_par_calcLatSw(parsw, doobs, latitude, longitude)
Arguments
parsw
ts of observed PAR in umol m^2 s^-1
doobs
ts of observed values (probably dissolved oxygen concentrations,
but the 2nd column gets ignored) containing the DateTime UTC values for
which PAR should be interpolated/extrapolated
utctime
the DateTime with tz of UTC
