In WenjianBI/SPAGE: SaddlePoint Approximation implementation of GxE analysis
This folder is to store the analysis results related to UK Biobank
- ENV_PHENO.csv: Combinations of environmental factors and phenotypes
- TOP_SNPs.csv: All SNPs identified by GxE analysis with p values less than 5e-8
- TOP_Genes.csv: The nearest genes corresponding to SNPs identified in TOP_SNPs.csv
