Usage

as_shiftpunct(listopt, tree, zscores, lambda, alphaOU)

Arguments

listopt	an output of 'estimate_shifts()'
tree	tree
zscores	vector of observed z-scores
lambda	regularization parameter
alphaOU	parameter
x	a 'shiftpunct' object.
digits	Number of digits to round to.
...	further arguments to be passed to or from other methods.

Value

a 'shiftpunct' object
