Description
Internal function. Serves as a wrapper around the habitat connectivity engine
developed in C++.
Usage
.habConnEngine(cost, patches)
Arguments
cost
Numeric raster cost (resistance) map.
patches
Logical raster indicating presence of habitat patches.
Value
An object of class hce.
