adamkocsis/obigeo: Occurrence-based biogeography
The purpose of the package is to allow the quick calculation of biogeographic variables from occurrence-record datasets. Biogeographic partitioning methods based on network and compositional similarity are implemented to calculate objective single time-slice and time-tracable biogeographic realms. Additional functinos are implemented to calculate patterns of geographic ranges and endemism statistics.
