Liver mRNA expression and DNAm reference matrix
Description
The expression reference matrix is defined over 658 marker genes and 5
cell-types (Chol=cholangiocytes, EC=endothelial, Hep=hepatocytes,
Kup=Kupffer cells, Lym=lymphocytes). The DNAm reference matrix is defined over 204 marker gene
promoters,and the same 5 cell-types, with the last column labeling the
confidence weight.

data(LiverRef)

Details
Upon loading the data object, we find the following:

exprefLiver.m: the expression reference matrix

mrefLiver.m: the DNAm reference matrix
