Usage

gaussian_scaled(efficacy, latency, precision, numObservations, minSPE,
  maxSPE, grain)

Arguments

efficacy	proportion of trials drawn from the gaussian distribution
latency	center of gaussian relative to SPE=0
precision	sigma of gaussian
numObservations	number of trials, to help scale height
minSPE	minimum possible serial position error
maxSPE	maximum possible serial position error
grain	how finely to plot gaussian over the histogram, scaling affected by grain
